I've never been the type of dude who could keep my opinion to myself, but I should've. Maybe if I had I wouldn't have seen Ivy's naked body, covered in blood and bruises. I pushed her away and I know it. She's been my best friend for as long as I can remember, and when she started dating that new guy it fucked with me. 
From the moment I laid my eyes on him I knew he was trouble, so I told her. 
I told her he was scum, that he was bad for her, and that she deserved better. Naturally, Ivy got pissed and we stopped speaking.
